umm, Where is this? I have seen the same pictures credited with 4 different Google offices in different countries.... Now I can see the interiors being the same (look at most franchises), but when the same people are in the same photos........

Nice design choices for an office building. Giving employees a place like this to work probably helps keep them at the top of their game by reducing stress and by keeping them more engaged than a regular cubicle farm would

Started working at a company with the same kinda outlook. alhough not as totally outlandish as google, one doesn't really enjoy a chance to enjoy these perks as work is the order of the day. Is nice still though.

they do have it set up to best utilize the brain's capacity for creativity. That is, work your butt off on a project, and take lots of breaks. Hence, the rooms with recliners in them, the pool table, the x-box, etc. Our brains will percolate on a problem while we are recreating, and BINGO an idea comes while we are weeding the garden or playing the piano. Or sleeping/dreaming

Regardless of what you see in the photos, consider for a minute, the Ernst & Young office across the way. (Check out the first couple of photos.) THEIR office looks nothing like this, and yet (at least in the US) they are consistently rated as one of the top companies to work for -- and have been for 10 years running. Do you want to play, or do you want to get paid?
